Based in Halifax, West Yorkshire, we are perfectly positioned to attend any location across the M62 corridor on the following callout basis:
4 hour: This would mean we would divert one of our multi-trade engineers to your property with the set time scale.
Same day: If logged before 11am we would attend your property before the end of the day.
24 hour: This would be a standard callout placed before 4pm and one of our multi-trade engineers would attend the following day.
3-5 days: This is for non-urgent call outs.
Quotations
If you have a larger project/job we can attend for free to take the job details and provide you with a free, no obligation quote, which we endeavour to return within 3-5 days.
We work to job limits set by you and would not go over these without work client approval.
We aim to carry out first time fix wherever possible but if this cannot be achieved due to parts required etc we would automatically reschedule the job for a return visit (if job allows) to complete the works. We can provide you with monthly or weekly reports with KIP and SAL reports.
All our multi-trade engineers carry PC tablets which are used to run our job app to complete our electronic worksheet which contains before and after photos, description of work carried out, details of any quote required and signature from you, or your site manager/staff to ensure the job has been completed. You will be updated via email by our onsite engineer including the report and photos.
We have lots of experience using computer based client systems via mobile apps.
